    Cancelling a Throw

I did a search so forgive me if this was posted.

Is there a way to cancel a throw. For example, I go to throw home and I prime the meter but I realize the throw will be too late and I want to go to first or eat it

Is there a way to stop the throw and re-throw? I can't seem to figure out how.

Just moving the stick doesn't seem to work

I've tried everything and though I figured out something but it never happened again. This would be huge

The best thing I can tell you is make good use of your relay man. If, for example, there's a hit to left field and the runner on second will clearly make it home, use the cutoff man to try to gun down the guy (i.e. the hitter) attempting to stretch a single into a double. As for entirely cancelling a throw, I have not figured that out.

Yeah that works well, I really found a need for it in the infield. A couple times for example on a sac bunt I fielded it - pressed up to throw to 2nd then realized it would be too late and I wanted to go to first
