anyone else having CPU throw too many wild pitches/passed balls?

is anyone else having an issue with the CPU throwing too many wild pitches/passed balls? I'm talking about doc halladay in the second inning with one runner on. that shouldnt make him nervous. its always with runners on ive noticed. but Ive had the CPU throw 5 or 6 in one game, i cant take it. it should be a rare occurrence..

I think it might be his heavy sinker, I know when you try to throw a pitch under the strike zone you totally run the risk of it being a passed ball. even though I have varitek behind the plate on my team, he can't come up with a lot of these pitches. I mean I'm trying to throw a pitch low and get him to swing at it, its not like its in the dirt either, I think they went a little too far in programming what is a tough pitch to handle. a good splitter ends up in the dirt!

I wonder if it has to do with lowering all the pitch strike sliders to 0 to get more balls from the CPU...but its killin my games as im trying to get my runners to retreat back to base every time now...I dont want free bases...

On fastball pitchers not really...but there may be a few too many.

For all the needless sliders they have in the game they should have one for this IMO.

i play on default pro and the cpu never throws WPs/PBs (or even balls for that matter lol) but i throw a lot =( Pretty much anything breaking down, thrown down has like a 25% of getting past Pierzynski in this game. Even if i throw it to where hes got the mit set up =(

In 20+ games I've only seen it once.

I saw it a lot with 0 pitch sliders on pro from the less than stellar pitchers, and I think far too many of my misses with low sinking pitches get by the catchers. The catchers field about as well as the pitchers!

I have MYSELF throwing too many wild pitches/passed balls.

I still haven't got the hang of the pitching yet.

I haven't seen the CPU throw too many, but until recently, I was throwing them like crazy. I've cut way down, but I'm still hitting a lot of batters. In one game, I had three of my pitchers get ejected.
