I've actually reversed from what a lot of people are doing....I have converted from The Show to 2K8 and thouroughly enjoy the start of my franchise. I am using classic pitching and hitting, (even though classic, they are still better implemented than the Show's in my opinion) but I am just struggling a little bit with the slider work. I have checked out slider threads here, but they seem to be with total contol and hitstick methods, and I was just wondering if these will correlate well to the classic style of play.
Only thing I've noticed even on Pro level are good opposing hitters pulling low and outside pitches over the fence which is simply ridiculous. If they powered it the other way or weakly pulled the ball, but gappers or homers pulled on these type pitches is not right. Was wondering if I should just lower CPU power slider......anything else?? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks guys
