    Changing sliders

What a friggin headache. Thanks 2K for making this so tedious, did you have to remove the numbered bars? Not enough disc space for that or something? Now we have to count each click and its like counting grains of salt and instead of it taking 5 minutes to change sliders it now takes a half hour. And if you screw up your count you have to start all over.

Unbelievable that they mess up such convenient stuff for gamers.

Never noticed that, but you're right. I can see for people who worry about every click, it would be an issue. I personally don't think the sliders are that sensitive, so I always just guess-timate.

i agree..why not have numbers in place of the bars it would be such a breeze making adjustments.

Another thing that would be nice (especially with a numbered system) would the the ability to use the triggers or some buttons to advance in multiples of ten's. It's probably very simple to do, but would make everything so much easier.

Because that would be the intelligent thing to do. As brilliant as the people are that create and make these games, sometimes I think they're absolutely braindead.

I agree its pretty brainless...to add to it they do not carry over when you start a franchise...gotta re-enter them.

Now its non-gameplay so I can live with it. Sometimes I wish they would release 10 or so beta copies early in the ball game to operation sports serious gamers and they can list the top things that need to be addressed....and the best thing is that they could do this for free and just fire the people who have NO CLUE.

Which brings us to my complaint, which is, what exactly is the excuse for the fact that many sliders do almost nothing? I mean, honestly, 2K, can you let us in on that mystery? No better example than the AI Take and AI Throw Strike sliders. If I set the slider so that the CPU NEVER throws strikes, why doesn't it work? If I set the slider so that CPU NEVER swings at strikes but ALWAYS swings at balls, why doesn't it work?

I've played my last couple games with all the AI Take sliders at zero (i.e. they should be swinging at every single pitch, in theory) and, for my money, it doesn't change the CPU's approach at the plate at all. WTF is up with that, seriously!
