Swing stick 2.0 no contact swing?

It wont let me pull back and release like the manual says. Only way swing stick 2.0 works is if i Push it forward. Any one else have this?

For the hundredth time, THE MANUAL IS WRONG. There is only one type of swing in swing stick 2.0, that's pull back and push all the way forward. You can push left or right for direction influence.
