        The Kansas City Royals:
"Hit the Road Jack" (usually during opposing pitching changes but sometimes in game)

Organ Version of "Birdland" (in game; it's a great jazz tune by Joesph Zwanul (sp) for anyone who doesn't know what it is)

"Kansas City" (in game but more often at the end of the game; usually the Beatles version but they've also played the James Brown one.)

"Y'all Ready for this" (as players take the field)

        I've also heard Enter Sandman.
Kansas City Royals | FC Barcelona | New Orleans Pelicans

Great list that includes "Go, Cubs, Go" by Steve Goodman, played during 2007 after every Cub victory. Goodman often doesn't get his due. You might be interested in my 800-page biography, "Steve Goodman: Facing the Music." The book delves deeply into the genesis of "Go, Cubs, Go" and its predecessor, "A Dying Cub Fan's Last Request."

You can find out more at my Internet site (below). Amazingly, the book's first printing sold out in just eight months, all 5,000 copies, and a second printing of 5,000 is available now. The second printing includes hundreds of little updates and additions, including 30 more photos for a total of 575. To order a second-printing copy, see the "online store" page of my site. Just trying to spread word about the book. Feel free to do the same!

The A's also play "Pick up the Pieces" by Average White Band before a game... not right before first pitch, but within 10 minutes of first pitch.

Every couple of games last year, the Phillies came out to a song that had the lyrics: "Phil-A-Delphia, That's where I come from". I don't know the name of the song though. Before every game, the opening video had Jay Z's "Show Me What You Got". Between innings once a game, they play "Who Are You" by The Who. After every homerun they have the liberty bell in the outfield ring, and playing a ringing sounded. Hope this helps.

I believe they actually play "Hell's Bells" by AC/DC after a home run. I haven't been to a game since early last season but I'm almost positive that plays along with the bell sound. Even if it doesn't.......... it should.

I go to around 30 games a year, and can tell you that you are 100% wrong. I've never heard it after a homerun...

Like I said, haven't been there in a while. It's also very possibly that it was an alcohol induced hallucination last time i was there. Maybe Hell's Bell's just played in my head.. haha regardless I think it'd be a good idea to play hells bells.

btw.... excellent job with the custom covers

The Royals play Kernkraft 400 - Zombie Nation after a homerun also, and the Wilbert Harrison version of Kansas City is played after each loss and during the seventh-inning stretch..
