How to call your own game?

At times I don't like how my catcher calls the game. So when my catcher calls a payoff pitch that is a low and in change-up to Big Papi I want to change it. Last year, I remember you could move it around by using the right analog stick. Obviously, you cant do that this year because if you move the right stick it will start you pitch. So, how do you do it? Thanks

Point with the left analog stick where you want to throw the pitch and press the (A) button or (X on PS3)
