    patch

    I'm confused. I had to update my game. Was that the patch or is there still one comng?

      There was an update (patch?) you had to download the day the game came out?

      Is this the first update you've received? If so, it's probably the original one (I don't know what it does). There is another patch in the works.

              ^^ lol ... no, it's not some "random thing." If it's the first update you've recieved, then it's the content they couldn't fit onto the DVD: additional stadiums and jerseys and whatnot.

                  No, you had to go to Xbox Live and download those yourself. There was an auto-update prompt the first time I put the game in (before this additional content was even released). I'm guessing it was some kind of patch, but I don't know what it did.

                  When this second patch comes out, it should bring up the auto-update prompt again. Can't wait to see that.
