my first games of my franchise, and the only way I have seen the cpu score has been on homers. The get their doubles and singles, but they only have scored by hitting the long ball. I have tried several sliders, but still no difference. Even my scoring has been mostly on homers. what sliders do you guys prefer to get more scoring variety from the cpu.

I was just thinking about this last night. Wouldn't this issue be all about defense? They're only scoring on the long ball because defense is too good? Not enough clutch balls are dropping because they're all getting gloved? I mean, that would kinda be what it had to be, right?I am become death

I can honestly say this was always a major problem in previous years, but I am not seeing it all this year. Sure they ai hits hr's but they also score other ways. I have seen sac flys scores off of singles , just about every way, I have also seen them go home on a wild pitch.Comment

I've had some teams go on scoring rampages with a bunch of extra base hits and singles and my team making random errors but, they occasionally hit the crap HR.« My Teams »
