For example, I am looking at a particular player's profile card or however it's called. It says his overall rating is 70, but at the bottom it says his his overall rating is a B+. How does that work?

Confused:Overall Rating (Number) vs. Overall Grade Rating (B-)
I am confused. What is the difference between the overall number rating vs the overall grade rating?

potential is graded on a letter scale so the guys potential was b+ meaning what he will be after he develops. -

Yeah but the guy was like 34. How can his potential be so high at that age?Comment

i beleive everyone has the rating. the game does have a progression/regression system so his potential rating will still be there just in franchise at 34 he may begin regressing.Comment

I believe that a high potential rating for players on the wrong side of the hill means they will regress slower.Comment
