There are only 2 reason people cannot get the patch since you only need a free silver account to get it:
A: No broadband internet
B: Modified DVD drive firmware to play a copy of the game and doesn't want to get caught.Comment

I can't believe there are still people out there that think it's possible to get a patch for an Xbox 360 game without having Xbox Live.
