After calling the team meeting, a few players ratings jumped up:
Adam Calloway (Prospect): At the team meeting results page, I checked out his player card, he jumped from a 76 to an 84. HOWEVER, after going back to the manage tab and looking at my rosters, he went back down to a 79. Weird, I don't know what the 84 was all about. Maybe he was on a high after the team meeting and felt like a superstar? lol
Derrek Lee (81 ovr going into the team meeting) At the team meeting results screen, his player card showed an 88 rating. But again, after going back to viewing the rosters, his rating was an 82. (The reason why he was 81 in the first place was a huge dropoff in the offseason prior to the season)
A couple of other players exhibited the same scenarios but these were the most extreme.
1. Has this happened to anyone else?
2. Is this how you are supposed to go about improving player ratings?
I really hope they don't go up every time I call a team meeting. That would be WAY too easy and almost cheap. I was just calling a team meeting for the hell of it and maybe boost morale even though it wasn't that low in the first place.
