Hey guys, I`m playing on Xbox 1 and was wondering which of the 2k series baseball games was the best of all in your opinion. That is which one plays the smoothest and has the least bugs. Thanks.

2K4 (sometimes referred to as simply ESPN Baseball). After that they went downhill in terms of quality. I'd say that 2k5 World Series edition was the best post-2k4 game.Comment

2K3 is smoother, but 2K4 is better overall.
edit: only if you care about HD. there were reports of graphical glitches when playing in 720p on 2k4 that didn't exist when playing 2k3 in HD. a little annoying, but no game breaker by any means.Last edited by brrmikey; 04-14-2008, 11:19 AM.Comment

The swing animations and player faces in 2K4 are classically terrible. Other than a few minor tweaks, 2K4 is the same game as 2K3. I'd go with 2K3.Comment

2k4 was the best. it is basically 2k3 patched. people always say if they just fix the gameplay of last years version, i would buy the game. 2k4 proved that belief to be false.
the game received poor reviews and support because it was a definite upgrade in gameplay but did not add much else.Comment
