Need Your Help - Outfield Shifts and Infielder Throws

    1) How can I make the outfielders play deeper? It seems when sluggers step to the plate, my OF is automatically set to play deep, but not deep enough. The only adjustments I can make is either to play shallow, shift left, middle or right, but cannot make them play any deeper. I keep getting balls hit over my outfielders' reach. The manual included is no help.

    2) On infielder's throw toward first base, should I release the throw stick when the meter reach yellow, or should I release when it reach red after the yellow? If i release at yellow, a lot of times I pull the firstbaseman off the base. But if I release it at the (beyond yellow) red, the throw is always to the dirt for 1B to scoop up. How do I make a clean throw?

    Thanks

    1. Changing infielder/outfielder depth is easy. Before a pitch, hit up on the d-pad for outfielders, down for infielders. Once you do that, the game switches to a blimp cam where you can see defensive positioning. Left and Right on the d-pad cycle through deep, normal, shallow, pull, etc.

    2. Release when the meter turns green. The throw meter cycles through yellow (early release/high throw), green (perfect release), and red (late release/low throw).

      Got it, thanks.

I didn't realize that if I keep pressing D-pad either to the left or the right, I will get OF deep.
