    Editing Music For MLB 2K8

hey does anyone know how to edit songs to put into MLB 2k8 custom music? Some songs take a while to load up in the game and I want to skip the intros to some. Im doing this for base hits and player music.

Do a google search for audacity or goldwave. Audacity i think is free, nice wav editing tools you can use. I myself use Adobe Audition but thats not free.

I used Cool Splitter 2.2 to create my custom packs. It is really easy to use. The trial version is 14 days I think, but I got the whole thing because I use it a lot.

Also try a program called Gold Wave. You can get it for free off of Download.com and its got everything you need for the type of edits you'd want for the "stadium" effect.

All I did for the clips I'm using is add some reverb, and add a fade in and fade out at the beginning/end of each clip. I try to make each clip between 10-15 seconds tops, but some of the songs (like end of game songs) I just let it play forever.

Anybody know the maximum number of playlist you can use in the game or have on your 360?. If I understand right one song per playlist or all songs will rotate. This sounds like like you could end up with a huge number of playlist.
