    Pitching fatigue and passed balls

I'm noticing my pitchers tend to fatigue at 1% per pitch most of the time and wanted to know if this was normal or if I'm doing something like trying to throw too hard, etc.

I also played a game last night where I had maybe 10 past balls or wild pitches in the 1st inning. I was throwing a lot of sliders, that, anytime they were in the bottom half of the strike zone resulted in wild pitches or passed balls despite me hitting the green in the pitch mechanic. Anyone encounter this? Or is it just my crappy pitching? Thanks in advance...

are you sure you're aiming at the breakpoint for the pitch, and not where you want it to end up? different pitchers may have varying amounts of break on pitches depending on their pitch rating.
