    Calling out the 'Graphics Comparison'

Does anyone else think that is a joke?

The Show prolly does look alot better, but OS really must think we're idiots to not be able to tell that the guy who took the 2k8 shots has his TV totally screwed up (the Hue is way off, the white level, the contrast, so on and so on.) and on top of that a crappy camera was used to do the shots.

    What a sham.

You should probably include some kind of link or something to what it is you're actually talking about.

If a game is graphically inferior then its simply graphically inferior. You can complain over and over again, but 2K8 doesn't look near as good as The Show. I've played both extensively and those shots are fairly accurate, 2K8 is just nowhere near as good graphically as it was last year. If you like the game then go enjoy it and quit putting OS on the pedestal as an example of anti-2k bias.

Well, it sure is a good thing someone compared the games' player models. Now I can make sure I... uh... umm... hmm... Geez, on second thought it was a pointless attempt at a donkey punch about a month too late for any real relevance. Nice work anyways though.

Hey, I know, how about an expose on the color of the dirt in Wrigley Field, and who really captures the essence of the clay in their palette. Is that Burnt Sienna instead of Georgia Red? Oh the shame. Then, a scathing report on the blades of grass, and who has the nicest per-blade texture of Kentucky Blue between the two games. Riveting.

Maybe it is inferior. But that isn't the argument.

No, the shots are not accurate. I've yet to see a sky that was a shade of green, or a radioactive looking Mike Lowell.

I'm not putting OS on any pedestal here, just pointing out that its a shame they couldn't be fair in the comparison. But by all means, shame on me.
