    Pulling the ball With Lefties??

Anyone ever notice this? Every time I bat using a lefty, the hit is always in the opposite field. I cannot seem to pull the ball. Once in a while there is a hit up the middle, but that's about it.

It's almost the opposite when hitting with righties tho. I can basically only pull the ball and hits up the middle. But its rare for me to get opposite field hits with righties.

Anyone have any suggestions or tips to help solve this or is this just how the game is?

Haha come on man this is simple baseball. If you want the ball to go down the left line, swing earlier. If you want it to go down the opposite line, swing later. It sounds like you are swinging too late.

Also, pitch location also matters. Inside pitches you should swing earlier on, outside pitches swing later on.

He nailed it, you need to identify the pitch sooner and turn on it. I generally pull the ball 9/10 times with ol jim edmonds and fukudome.
