    Playoffs

Has anybody noticed in the first round of the playoffs the team that should get home field advantage never does? its kind of anoying that the wild card team gets home field in the first round.

Just wondering if im doing something wrong or if this is a known problem

I'm having the exact same issue and it really pisses me off that they could mess something like this up. I've heard it fixes itself in the LCS and WS, but with no home field in the first round, I might not make it that far.

I went 94-69 with the Cubs, best record in the NL (won a one-game playoff against MIL for the division for those wondering why I played 163), and I have to play the Mets at Shea in game one. They won the East with an 87-76 record (another 1 game playoff). I might not be as pissed had I simmed some of the games, but I played ALL 163!

This is ridiculous, and needs to be fixed for 2K9.

Yeah I was in my Twins dynasty and I played New York in the first round and I got home field when they had 15 more wins than I did. I was like what the hell.

I absolutely hate playing New York in this game. It's like no matter where you pitch it it's going out of the park.
