Well you better just quit videogames for about 5 years if those graphics don't satisfy you because they're the best around.

I get plenty of walks, it took me a few days to get the game where I like it but using my sliders and settings I walk the cpu a realistic amount of times and when i'm at bat (now that i've trained myself not to hack at everything) I get on base thru walks as well so it just takes some adjustment to the game for the way you play, which obviously requires patience. Also, yes you can throw intentional walks, you obviously didn't read the manual. I haven't noticed the pitcher getting an abnormal amount of hits.

Everyones entitled to their opinion but it seems somewhat obvious to me from your post you a) didn't read the manual and b) didn't spend enough time with the game to get it to your likings.

Good
Franchise Mode is great, the managing of minor leaugers etc... is fantastic.

Bad
The graphics aren't that good to me. From what i've been hearing from previews and post on this boards, words like "breathtaking" were being used. Mo Vaughn doesn't look like he does in real life and they didn't get his batting stance perfect either.
On the other hand the stadiums are pretty good.

The Atmosphere is horrible. In the PS2 version there is no sound of the ball hitting wood. It's more like a bump or something. I'm serious.

The cutscenes, god why can't you turm them off. I hate that you strike someone out high and inside and it shows you a cutscene of the swinging low and away. Also you see the same scene over and over after every out.

No walks even while using Graphics sliders.

You can't throw intentional walks.

Is it me or the Pitcher gets to much hits?

I'm happy for everyone that can overcome these fault and enjoy this game.

I don't like ASB's batting physics so i'm going back to High Heat 2003 for PC.

I see more problems in all of the games. I dont know how in the world you can say the graphics are bad and then say your going back to HH on PC

. On the gameplay side, there are too may hits by pitchers and not enough walks, but thats it and I dont get how you cant play the game because of this. Oh well, all that matters to me is that I am at home with Apex (not on the bright side) and WSB 2k3 just waiting for me to play them again.
