Game Attendance, Will it Show?

Its a small thing but i hate it when stadiums are filled to capacity for every game where as for many teams the stands are half full for most of the season other than big games. Now im wondering if the shown attendance number before the game will be true to what it looks like in the stands. Its just weird to see the attendance at 19,000 and the stadium full from bottom to top.

I hate that too but in the videos you can see that the stadiums aren't all filled I just wish the fans would leave during blowouts

Yeah i see a few empty seats but i hope that games that match two crappy teams or games where the team is doing horrible that the upper deck is virtually empty.

yeah, this is definitely something I hope happens too. the KC Nationals game looked fulled for some reason. I know they have fan attendance in the introduction, but just hope that you can see it.

I can't believe this is even an issue. The last thing I worry about is whether the stadium is packed or empty. I just want a game that plays correctly

Yes it does not affect gameplay but it adds to the immersion of the game.

Hmm i have to admit, that would be pretty cool to see a sworm of people just walking out, doubt it that is in this game. Though i read somewhere that it is in the other game.

I completely agree. Definitely they should add for 2k10.

At the end of the game, with the demos, it doesn't show any fans leaving.

They should have the fans, filing in and filing out as the game begins and ends.

and i agree with a couple posts above, I know it isn't a huge deal, but it's something that could add onto the realism of this game.

It's been in Franchise since 2K7, so I'm not quite sure...the Royals/Nats game someone mentioned in an earlier post was most likely an exhibition game, though, and I think exhibition games don't take the dynamic attendance into effect (at least that the way it was in 2K7 and 2K8).

I think what everyone meant is as the game progresses and not as the season progresses. As an example, if the home team is getting whallopped, the fans would leave during the game.

What you are referring to I beleive is if the team plays poorly in franchise, the number of fans in the stands reflects the team performance but I don't beleive it changes during the course of a specific game.

But they did put that in The Show this year. Fans will leave during blowouts.
I hadn't even thought of that ......but when I heard it...I thought that was a pretty cool touch.
I thought 2K had dynamic attendance?(meaning game to game)...it looks from the vids that's still the case.

As i stated in the first post this is a small issue but it would add to the realism of the game. Since im pointing out small issues i might as well add that i hate when you are able to have many players on your team with the same number.
