    name database?

Is a name database included in 2K9? The last few 2K games many names that were on the list weren't announced.
I hope that was fixed and I would encourage 2K to let us send in our last names like SCEA did.

    Re: name database?

One of the first things I do is I go through the list and try out the alltime names and names that sound like alltime players: Carter, Robinson, Alexander, Campanella, etc. Then I start creating alltimers and place them in the FA list. If I do that with 2K9, I'll send you a list of the names that work, ScooterD.

      Re: name database?

      Thanks for the offer baa-B,
The new DNA face tool should make it easy to recreate any player from the past! Can't wait to give it a whirl!

I just wish 2K would do like the other game does they offer a separate name for the jersey and an announced name or sound-a-like name from their name database.

It would be cool if 2K would allow people who post on OS to send in their last names to be included on the name database...

      It won't be long now...
