Any update breaking up double plays?

I seen a bunch of players sliding in, and it was all clipping through each-other with some odd runner to second jump up animations. No collision breaking up the double plays.

Seems like the scrapped the whole system Brinkman was proud of last year.

yeah, the collision detection seems horrible (I mean, it's non-existent, but yet they seem to have a lot of instances showing player going through eachother).

That's horrible. Please be in the final build...pleeeeaaaaassseee.

Gameplay wise there is nothing that pisses me off more than when I see my player run/slide through another player/wall.

How can you take something like this out, and be happy w/ the game that way?

I think all sports games have this at some point. I know Madden and NCAA have had it forever because one of my friends always likes to run through the bleachers after a touchdown.

I do think they should have worked on that a bit more if that was going to be something that they show a lot of. In the few demos that I have played, whenever they show the dugout th guys arm is through the rail...not a big deal for me...but I can understand why it bugs people.

I had a double play broken up i think. It could have just been a random occurance glitch. But I noticed it and was going to post it. There wasnt a collision, the cpu slid in and my ss kind of moved off the bag and i tried to throw it, it queued up but it wouldnt let me throw it.
