Hey Chase i have a question about player jersey numbers. If a guy gets traded to a team (in Franchise or even in default) and anothe rplayer has the same number as him will his number change automatically? Also what about with retired numbers? Example if you put Orlando Hudson on the Dodgers from the FA list will he be wearing number 1? or another number? 1 is retired by the Dodgers. Thanks

I signed ODog and he still has number 1 on the Dodgers. I also signed Grudzielanek since he wears 15 like Furcal. He still is wearing 15 after being signed. The upside is you can edit numbers via the roster screen within franchise mode.

Now that you have had a couple of games under you belt, have you noticed more animations in regards to players doing good or bad things. Like a home run that is hit and he celebrates or a bad play that the player gets frustrated? Any other cool things that has happened while you were playing that peaked your eyebrow?

I would, but you need to have albums etc. on your HDD and I don't have any.

you really should give this functionality of the 360 a try - why be in the menus/franchise of your favorite sports game and listen to something like Europe of all things (for the 100th time) when you could be hearing your favorite tunes in the background?

personally I dont like vocals when playing games, so i just use tons of instrumentals...but I can't tell you how much better it makes the sports games when you have custom music as an option. at least to me of course. hell, I probably wouldnt even be able to play NHL09 if it didnt have custom music as an option during games..

Hi ChaseB...First, thanks for answering qustions from us, very much appriciate it.

One thing that bothered me with 2K7 and possible 2K8 was that somtimes I would play a CPU team and the AI would have a left hand throwing 3rd baseman, 2nd baseman and catchers. Have you seen this yet in you're games?..I'm hoping this is fixed.!

Is there any way to tell the number of pitches the CPU pitcher has thrown? Couldn't find it in the demo.

In Franchise, do you have access to a player's career stats?

Online play. Anything on that would be sweet. Are the menu's still annoying and 'clanky' like nba 2k9.. is there a ton of loading and stuff as soon as you get to the online main menu?

Honestly, 2k needs to rework there whole menu system completely.

Can you give a batting stance to players who don't have a signature stance? I read somewhere that you can't edit batting stances.

So I've heard that the game has crashed when the "Hurry Up Baseball" option is enabled. Have you had a chance to use this and see what happens?
