Is there the awkward snapping into the stances that was seen in the videos?

For once and for all, can you confirm whether or not there is a STEP INFLUENCE slider?

Oh, and is there a Pitch Speed slider?

            thanks!

Not seeing any of that. Of course, it's still the 1st inning in the game I fired up so maybe everyone's already in their seats. It IS Wrigley, ya know. Those fans show up early.

Between the animation of the guy taking his warm up routine int eh batter's box and when he is actually ready to hit the ball, is the transition fairly seamless, or is there a noticable *hiccup* as he sanps into the hitting poistion.

Could you see how many uniforms each team has? Do the Cubs wear gray pants with their alternate jersey on the road?

Are the Washington Nationals new Blue alternate uniforms in the game? Also do you know if the ivy at Wrigley changes colors? Thanks

If you didn't notice it, then it's probably not there as it was quite obvious in the early builds.

Well, in many of the videos released both on OS and other various sites, many players seemed to "snap" into their stance. They would be setting up in the box, getting ready, and instead of a smooth transition into their stance, their body would morph, or "snap" into the correct position.

                              <a href = "http://www.operationsports.com/videoview_game.php?id=547">OS 2K9 Videos</a>

For an example, take a look at Video #4, and watch Pujols step into the box.

Like for example, when they go up to the batter's box and do their signature walk-ups and get ready to bat, they snap real quickly to their batting stance.
