    Pet Peeve in Franchise modes

This is in every 2K game, as well as others:

The announcers will talk about 2008 as the previous year, even if it's 2015.

"In 2008, Derek Jeter did this and that."

Of course, the Jeter on the screen is 40+ years old and they're talking about stuff he did 7 years ago.

"Tampa Bay last year had a great season, beating out the Yankees and Red Sox to win the AL East"

Oh, really? In 2014, they were dead last with 105 losses!

Makes me want to throw my controller.

That is a pet peeve of mine aswell. I guess they figure not many people will play more then 1 season.

One other thing I wonder about is in a Franchise, how are Living Rosters going to work after the next version of the game comes out? ex: your playing MLB2k9 with living rosters and then 2k10 comes out, do you lose support for rosters like previous years games do? are you stuck with the rosters you have?

Living Rosters only come into play when starting a Franchise mode. They don't affect in-progress Franchises.

Right, you start a Franchise but dont complete it before MLB2k10 comes out. What happens to your rosters? are they stuck the way they are? Living rosters represent current living rosters but does roster support for the game end when the new game comes out?

I would assume so because if they kept doing rosters after this coming season and MLB 2k9 proves to be good most people will just stick with 2k9 so they don't have to spend $60 for 2k10. This means 2k would lose money because not as many people would buy 2k10 because they will still have updated rosters. It would be dumb on 2ks part to keep doing rosters for 2k9.

And all of his posts have been over 5 years...you've only been here for 2 years, so it shouldn't be a big deal that he has a lot more posts than you.

                    Plus, let's use math.

                    300/2 = 150
                    4300/5 = 860

I'm tired of the personal attacks on this site.
