The Cubs actually got rid of their blue-red roap caps this year. They will wear the all blue ones for every game.

The best was when in 2K8 where the uniform Jose Reyes was wearing on the cover wasn't even featured in the game....

But they are annoying, such as the Mets black jersey (last year of Shea patch?) with blue hat

See, I belive that since the Show doesn't have the official license, they can't just rely upon the Style Guide because they don't get access to it. So they actually have to put in the work for the uni's.

Madden had been screwing up uniforms for years until last season whe the community made a big enough stink about it.

At least 2K has been trying to fix some with the roster updates. I think if we the community provide them with detailed information about the uniform gaffes in a constructive way, they will likely do the necessary work.

It's pretty weird, I'd say, but the gray Jays helmets I was venting over earlier in the thread have apparently been fixed to their correct black with a Living Roster update. Haven't seen anything like this happen before, good stuff.

I agree with all of you, but my 1 gripe really ticks me off.

Why the HELL are all the logos on the hats SO FRIGGIN BIG!!

And as far as the show goes, Ill still take the wrong helmets in 2K over the 'hey I guess I have to play todays game in a uni from the dark ages because I dont even have the option to choose!" approach. I mean they go to the trouble of doing all those uniforms and somehow leave out the ability to choose . Stupid.

What the hell are you talking about? You can select uniforms just fine in the Show..

I don't understand the uniform thing and never have - they've had issues for years. For whatever reason anytime you select a teams dark alternate jersey it always pairs it with their white pants regardless of what the other team is wearing. It's not to say it doesn't happen in other games (NHL 09 this year with some teams alternates.. wow) but it happens every single year to almost every single team with this series..
