practice mode

I haven't heard that much about practice mode. What can you do, what can't you do. The Show only let's hit and run bases. Just curoys guys.

Can you use any players, teams, stadiums, time of day etc? Also, can you practice inside franchise mode with your players?

It defaults to Rays and Phillies at Citizens, but you can change the teams.

I have been trying out the practices modes (mostly pitching and hitting) and like them so far. In the hitting practice it seems that the pitcher only throws fastballs down the middle. Has anyone found a way to vary this so you can really practice hitting different pitches?

i actually got drilled in practice mode after hitting a home run...santana nearly hit me in the head with a high fastball....it was actually pretty cool. i only saw that once though as i hit homeruns other times and it didnt happen.
