Anyone else very dissapointed with new swing stick?
I'm sorry but i hate this new swing stick, i was such a huge fan of swing stick 2.0 and b4 that i always used classic 1 button. Now i have gone back to classic 1 button. Anyone else revert back to classic over new swing stick?Tags: None -

What specifically don't you like about it? I personally find it much more responsive than the last couple years.
The only thing I don't like about the system (not the stick) is the removal of step-influence. -
Re: Anyone else very dissapointed with new swing stick?
Thats my main gripe, the step was huge, i feel like its such a waste this year without having that. And do me a favor, go into practice hitting and use the swing stick, then switch to classic hitting watch how much nicer the hits are, more sweeter hits, variety, power, etc.......swing stick to me this year has failed, last year was great. Even the classic pitching which i have always used was changed a bit this year and took a fall, i dont understand why they changed the good things from previous years.Comment

I've just been dreading the cursor since it adds yet another ugly indicator on my screen...lol. Oh well.Comment

Ahh...gotcha. I may have to try that (classic hitting). I am about to make my venture into their new "zone" (read: cursor) system. Maybe I'll try that with classic.

yes you can, but it's very difficult, the timing window to pull back is too narrow, hope a patch will address itComment

Re: Anyone else very dissapointed with new swing stick?
This new system without step influence reduces the swing stick to a glorified button hitting system. There's no diffence between the two now. I'm surprised VC didn't have the foresight to see and understand that. Or maybe they did?Comment

Re: Anyone else very dissapointed with new swing stick?
I actually like it much better. But then I couldn't hit with the old one much. This one seems to still add some difficulty at least compared to one button hitting, yet a bit easier than the old method. Seems to be a bit of a happy medium to me anyway.Comment
