Editing opposing teams line-up in "Play Now" Games

Does anybody know if there is a way to edit the opposing teams line-up in exhibition games? I don't want to always have to face the opposing teams number 1? Only way around this was to make it two user controlled teams, and then move the controller back to CPU. But if you do that, your VIP profile stats are not kept. Anybody got anything on this , or noticed this as well?

Yeah, I just realized this last night and, from what I've read, there is no way to edit lineups or pitchers other than the method you mentioned. Don't know why something so basic wasn't included.

Other way, which is somewhat of a pain, is just to make multiple rosters that have the #2, #3, #4, #5 starters in them, load them up, and play. But for the rest of the lineup, yeah, no easy way to do it.

Edit the line-ups in "Management" before you hit play now.
