    Post your camera settings

The game and presentation has a different feel from various camera angles when hitting and pitching...trying to get a feel for a good set to hit from.

    Currently I pitch from a 9 zoom, 7 position, 1 height
and my hitting position varies...but right now it is 5 and 7....what do you guys use?

Batting: Zoomed in to 8, everything else default.

Pitching: Haven't found the perfect setting yet.

      Pitching: have been using 7 - 6 - 4

Batting: default for now. haven't even messed with it.

*Does anyone pitch from the batter's cam? Seems the pitches have more realistic speeds from that angle.

I find batting at 5 for zoom and 7 for hight just perfect.plus pitch zoom ON...I dont like seein the zoom higher because it feels like the pitcher it to close and you cannot see the trajectory of the ball as wel

        For pitching I use 5-6-6

For the hitting camera I use...

          Zoom 8
          Height 1
          Pitch Zoom Off

I find that you can judge the pitches velocity, break, and location from this view better than any other view I have used.

I have recently been using the default pitching camera and have found that for whatever reason the outfielders have stopped going into slow motion during plays. I have played about ten or so games without a single outfield slow motion play.

I have the PC version with all graphic settings to max but I have turned the dirt dust balls off.

I created sliders for last year's game but that game was broken due to dynamic sliders during franchise play that were directly linked to the Hot/Cold team feature. This year I have taken bits and pieces from BFJ, Guru, SFGiantsPBA slider sets and tweaked them to my liking and I am getting very good results even with the AI Batter's aggression.

Does anyone know if you can save camera settings? I have not found a way to do this and have been setting them at the beginning of each game.

I use a combination of BFJ and Guru's sliders as well.

I just tried your batting camera settings and was suprisingly shocked at how big a difference this setting has on your experience at the plate WITH these sliders.

The ball breaks as if your really at the plate and makes it more difficult to hit.........BUT MORE REALISTIC....I like them and suggest other people try them out as well......plus being zoomed in gives you the tunnel vision and focus that a batter would have at the plate

                Re: Post your camera settings

I was about to start a new thread to ask this very question, but I remembered to use the handy advanced search function to search the forum for threads with "camera settings" in the title. How 'bout that...

Anyways, I'm just starting out with the game and would like to revive this discussion to get some more ideas for custom cameras. I don't have the time to fiddle with all the settings, so I'm hoping some of you guys can give me some good ones.

I'm particularly interested in the directly behind the pitcher, centerfiled, dead-center, whatever the heck you want to call it view. ESPN has used it in some broadcasts (I think NESN does as well) and I love the way it looks, particularly the movement of the pitches. Anyone have good numbers to make this view?

As for hitting, I'm having trouble judging low pitches in that I usually think they're below the knees on the way in, but the icon shows that they're right there. I'm guessing a combo of height/angle may help with this...

maybe we can see how each camera is located for each specific stadium. Then set settings for each stadium on how it looks on t.v,just an idea.

                    For batting I use

                    Zoom 3
                    Height 4
                    no pitch zoom

For pitching I use different ones. As of right now I use a camera view that looks just like what you would see on tv. Don't remembe rthe unumbers off hand but when I get a chance I will post it.
