I actually ended up getting $50 for this on Ebay! I'm ecstatic!

If the patch is great in a month when they release it, I'll pick it back up cheap. But at this point I'm going with the "Get out of Jail Free" card.

That's pretty amazing considering they could have gotten it brand new for $43 over the course of your auction. Worked out well for you.

I was wondering how long it was going to stay at $43 on Amazon, I'm not sure they care enough to read the patch updates or anything, but it is pretty nice timing that they bump the price back up the day after somebody at 2K acknowledges there will be a second patch.

Amazon was selling MLB 2K9 last week for $39.99, so technically this is an increase over the last few days. Still, if the patch fixes the glaring issues, 42.99 is not bad.

Just a heads up to anyone who might want to purchase 2K9 From Amazon. I placed my order 12 days ago, and still have not received it. They gave me a tracking number but no information is reporting on it, just that it left the facility on March 29th. I did select the free super saver shipping option, but it states that it should be 5 to 7 days. Anyone else buy this from Amazon (not another reseller on Amazon, but actual Amazon), and have it take a LONG time to ship? PS - I am in New Hampshire, so it's not like a crazy location that is hard to ship to.
