Calling Players Up From AAA/AA When You Cut Someone

    Hi,

I feel like I'm missing something in the franchise mode. I released Rob Bowen from the A's in my franchise to mirror the move made by the team last week. However in the call-ups/send-downs menu I have only been able to send someone down from my MLB roster to swap with a AAA or AA player. How do you access your minor league rosters in this menu to just call someone up (Landon Powell)? Otherwise I can only carry 24 players on my roster now, and I would like to think that it is my incompetence here, rather than the game's. Thanks in advance.

On your roster screen you hit the L stick and it will give you your AAA team and you may send someone up from there. I think the CPU may auto send a player up to fill the slot, I am not 100% sure with it.
    Gaming hard since 1988

I have won like 25 Super Bowls in Madden so I am kinda a big deal.

This doesnt work, I have 22 players on my MLB roster and everytime I attempt to call up a player it makes me swap a player from MLB back to AAA or I have to cancel. So basically Im stuck with only 22 players on my MLB roster

Minor leagues > statistics> player stats> button 5 to view player card think I do it from there!!

Wrong answer it is GM > Roster > button 4 changes a/aa/aaa/mlb - on pc!

thanks, the option to move the player are there, but I still run into the same problem...it even says a message saying the MLB team has (22) players and you must swap out a player. (not word for word...but thats the jist)

I even added 3 free agents to try and get the full 25 roster full. The team summary shows I have 25 players on the ML level now but those free agents dont show up in the game.

The '22 players on the roster' bug is well known. After the first year in franchise any team that the CPU manages the roster for (including yours) will only have 22 players.

              Great game, eh?

You aint kidding, sometimes you have to wonder if someone ever sat down and played the game before wrapping and shipping it out. I didnt realize that was a known bug. But thanks for the info!
