2K9 CPU vs CPU
I play 2 seasons a year....one playing and the other cpu vs cpu. On the CPU vs CPU side the game playable as is for now with these issues. If I up the power to 85 and leave everything else default (lazy) I see a fair number of homeruns so far (10 games). The power hitters are doing it not the scrubbs. Pitching is my issue. The cpu gets plenty of strikeouts but it seems the starts last forver....i even lowered stamia to 35 and still deep into games....suggestionsTags: None -
Re: 2K9 CPU vs CPU
I actually let one of my games go CPU vs CPU, and watched it while I ran on the treadmill. It was actually quite entertaining; mostly because there was NO other sports to watch on TV, unless you like women's college basketball.:wink:Originally posted by Edmund BurkeAll that is needed for the triumph of evil, is for good men to do nothing.Comment

Re: 2K9 CPU vs CPU
I love when people try to be insulting from the safety of there computer.
Jake......many people play cpu vs cpu for many reasons. If its not your bag then enjoy how you play. I find it at times very escaping from a long day. Plus I find it much better than the current style manager modes. I want to see the players as they are rated play. I enjoy if a tema losesits top starter then manage a rookie in and see how there fare.
Just fun for some may not be for others but i why knock then just answer there question if you have something valid to add.Comment

Re: 2K9 CPU vs CPU
The problem no doubt has to do with the low number of pitches being thrown. CPU hitters seldom last more than 2-3 pitches. Given there's no Stamina slider this year (thanks, VC) your only option is to continue lowering pitchers' individual Stamina ratings. Lower Stamina to 0, play a practice game and see what kind of results you get.Comment
