PLEASE HELP! 2K

I have started franchise with Astros twice and both times something weird has happened!
First season before I.Rodriguez was on roster update I went to free agent pool and brought him over. He was named correctly and size was ok, but his head had changed to some bald guy with a wide mouth. Next season after he was posted to new roster I started again. I have played about 22gms then Matsui gets injured for 1 game and I send him to minors to avoid the game to game injury glitch. When I bring him back after 1 gm he's named correctly and sized ok but now he too has another head shape and look. A latino looking bald guy! Has anyone experienced this in some type of form? This is very distracting and I now want to start over again. Will the patch resolve this issue or is this new to everyone?

After sending a pitcher to AAA, when I brought him back up, "he" was clearly "someone else." Turned out, it had something to do with who I swapped him for, because after I re-swapped him (with the same guy) he was back to normal. Not sure that helps any, but I haven't seen it happen since.

On the same lines, I had another guy whose batting stance clearly changed after the first few games I played him in, and it never returned to the way it was. But, then again, I never tried doing what I did above ... wouldn't have any idea exacly what to do anyway.

Long story short, yeah, franchise mode rocks.

thanks but tried to swap for same player and no go!
I have noticed I was wrong matsui doesn't even have his same stance, some generic stance.
