is the pitch speed faster now?

I dont have the game but i have played it, and before it seemed like the ball was floating to the plate, now it looks faster and therefore better (post patch). Is it faster now?

Pitch speed slider works the same as before.

Thanks for your answer, but i played with the speed pitch all the way up and still found it unrealistically slow. I have seen new videos on youtube and it appears faster (post-patch).

I just want to know from anyone who plays with it all the way up if the ball reaches the plate faster.

Well put it this way. I faced Josh Beckett last night and he was throwing gas at 97mph and was lucky to foul those off, and I had a very late swing and a miss most of the time. I really had to set on his curve to have a chance. I have adjusted sliders that I got from the slider forum fyi.

Oh, wow, I had no idea that's what you meant. Yeah, no, I haven't noticed it being any faster, but then I only have the slider at 70 ...
