Cant hit HRs

Ok im 7 games into the season with the Braves and i know they don't have the most power in the world but i only have 2 HRs. Batting Avg right about where it should be but i cant get HRs. Any suggestions ????

I use classic hitting and I honestly think the HR coding for it is broken. I too only have 2 hr in about 20 games.

I'm also playing with the Braves and I've hit 8 HR's with Chipper Jones through 12 games. I think McCann has 3 dingers as well. The key to hitting HR's is utilizing the left analog stick to influence location.

Yep, that influence is huge, if its away, hit the ball away, dont pull everything. I use the Dodgers and they have some good hitters on that team. Not the most powerful guys, but guys like Martin, Either and Loney, going the other way is really nice.

What about someone like me who hates the new hit influence addition tot his game. I refuse to use this and have the slider set 0 because I think its ridiuclous. I like to time my hits with the swing stick and hit the right amount of hits, grounders, flyballs and homeruns. Any suggestions on a good slider set for anyone who uses the total control hitting and does not touch the left stick.

right now thr success is at 50 and power at 100 (no luck)

thinking about going success 70 and power at 70

anyone out there play the exact way i do and have some good settings, i play with the mets and will not start my season yet because i cant see myself playing a 162 game season and David Wright hits possibly 7 homeruns lol

move hit direction to 90, success to 80 power to 95

direct your swings, with righties direct the stick towards the upper left corner before you swing, and lefties, upper right corner.

Lower your Batting/Pitch Influence Slider. That should help

ANYONE OUT THERE HAVE GOOD HITTING SLIDERS AND NEVER TOUCH THE HIT INFLUENCE STICK???????/ ANYONE AT ALL?
