Motion Lotion not needed when pitching?

Nope. I just need help with the actual motions I guess. When pitching, let's say you do the first motion, do you hold it there until a certain point, and if so, when do you continue with the rest of the motion?

I'm having a hard time figuring out when to do the second motion when pitching. Can anyone help me?

If you load up the practice mode, there are help screens there that tell you exactly how to do it. Give it a try

Basically, hold the first motion until the yellow ring completely fills, then do the second motion. I don't think it really matters when you release the 2nd motion (unless you turn on the release timing in the pitching options).

If you notice the AI is swinging at every strike you throw, or your pitches are wild, then it means you aren't doing the gestures/motions accurately enough. You can turn down the difficulty slider (Gesture Recognition) to make it easier and you won't need to be as accurate with your gestures/motions.

That's seriously a lot more helpful than the "tutorial" they have.
