CPU Trading: On or Off?
Quick question, do any of you guys have CPU trading on? I currently have it off because I am afraid the CPU makes TOO many trades and many, if not all, of those trades are basically pointless and minor. Thoughts?Tags: None -

Re: CPU Trading: On or Off?
I simmed a couple seasons with them on. I didn't see anything really out of whack. I have them on in my current Pirates franchise.
I HAVE seen like one, maybe two real "blockbuster" trades in the simmed franchises. But even they seemed to be pretty baseball related....Comment

I think turn them off for the first month of the season. But usually I find the trading to be kind of overblown.Comment

Re: CPU Trading: On or Off?
In the first franchise I had, pre-Opening Day roster updates, there was a total of four CPU trades. The biggest one was Hank Blalock for Michael Bourn, which didn't make sense. The others trades were minor.
There was ZERO activity leading up to the trade deadline.Comment

LEAVE THEM ON
Toggling it ON/OFF is broken.
If you have them OFF to start your 'chise you'll never be able to have CPU trades.
Don't believe me...turn them off, sim a season, and go into league transactions and see how many trades occur.
I've left them ON and haven't seen anything crazy at all.Originally posted by Edmund BurkeAll that is needed for the triumph of evil, is for good men to do nothing.Comment
