Last night I was playing a quick game and used S.F. vs. Oak. I was S.F. My lineup was fine but the Oak. lineup was actually the Rays? The unis were Oak, the scoreboard said Oak., but the player names and numbers were the Rays.

Did you let the game go into attract mode first?
Something similar happened to me the other day. I was slow to hit start, and a demo game loaded between the Giants and Brewers. I exited out and loaded a game between the Red Sox and Rays.
The rosters were correct, but both teams wore the Giants and Brewers uniforms. It was very strange. -

my buddy played a game just after the 2nd patch came out, and he was playing against the rays. problem was, the rays were wearing the cubs uniforms!!JUST WIN BABY!!Comment

I think you've got it nailed. I had the exact same thing happen to me after I let the game sit and the demo game fire up.
I tried it out afterwards a few times and it repeated every time, regardless of teams. Kinda funny actually (would, of course, be less so if it couldn't be reset...lol
).
