    2 genuine bugs in WSB

    Anyone seen these:

    - When you tag a runner going to second or third out the fielder nonchanantly trots to the dugout even if there are less than 3 outs. It takes a few strides and a few seconds before you get control of him (and the ball!) again. This cost me a triple play and then a double play in the same inning !

    - This one is really obscure. My hiiter got a hit and ran Ok to first but then the camera showed him injured still at home plate. I was asked to pinch HIT (as opposed to RUN) for him and sure enough I lost the hit - no-one was at first base. Bizarelly the hitter at home plate was the next guy in the order. Obviously when the random number generated equals a hitter injury the CPU forgets to check whether you actually made it to first. As well astaking your hit away it also sends the wrong guy up next.

Haven't seen those.... especially the "less than two outs" glitch you're referring to... Matter of fact I was thinking "2 outs" last night, and flip to third to get the phantom 3rd out, and my 3B just stood there while the runners advanced... irked me, because I CLEARLY had time to turn a double play, but I wasn't paying attention.

The injury thing is just a fluke occurance, I've YET to get a guy injured when he WASN'T out in the field. So I don't believe you're making that up, I've just never been in that position to witness that.

I agree that the second one is such an unlikely occurance it hardly matters - unless it happens with a vital hit in a vital game - i promise it's not made up

The first applies only top tags. next time you get a double play ball in a non crucial situation try to tag the runner going to second and you'll see it. This should be fixed as it costs a triple play - which i have never done before in any game.

I'm sporting a 14-18 record using the Pirates, so 32 games into my franchise, I can count the guys I've "tagged" on one hand... well, I meant in between bases, I've tagged out a ton AT the bases obviously... to be honest, I RARELY try for the triple play, I probably should, but if it's really crucial, I make sure to get the lead runner at least, and try to pitch it low to induce a ground ball-DP ball after that. (Depending on how many outs I got at any given time)

The tagging glitch I noticed is say the 3B throws a high throw to 1B, he'll jump for it as my guy is reaching the bag, he doesn't even apply an "official" tag, my guy is called "out" just because his *** brushed up against me while he was in mid-air as he had "possession" of the ball... THAT one made me scratch my head for a little bit....lol

Many people have seen the injury bug including me. There was alot of post on this when the game first came out.
