How can I check Pitcher, and Hitter Fatigue before a game?

I know you can check your hitters fatigue before a game in franchise but i forget how. And I was also wondering if there was a way to check Pitcher's stamina level before a game, for instance if a pitcher had just started a few games ago I want to move him up in the rotation how can I check his stamina? Thanks.

Press Start while game is loading, during where they show the two team logos.
