I am in a Reds francise and brought up Wily Mo Pena and he has been playing good. I wanted to move Dunn to 1st base, and move Casey to catcher, since LaRue is not playing good for me. Does anyone know if Casey will make a ton of errors at catcher? Does anyone know if he will get better with time there? Any help would be appreciated.

I don't think their base status changes if they stay there. I think you have to go in and edit the rating yourself. -

Go to the player card and check there ratings to play at another position u can always change there rating for the position u want to put them at

Night before last I traded away Juan Gone to free up BPs and then saved it.. last night I go to play and I'm just playing away through my lineup, and I notice I got a long reliever batting #7 and playing RF! I just pinch hit for him with Matt Stairs, and then went and tweeked my lineups to what I wanted them to again..
I have played OFs at 3B because in my previous franchise, I lost Rolen for 15 days, in lieu of using John McDonald I opted to trade for Wigginton since he was a back-up 3B somewhere else too. Rolen came back, got hurt for 74 days, then a week later Wigginton got hurt for 58 days, then I had to play McDonald anyway, and HE got hurt for like 5 days and I had no choice but to shift a utility OF to play third till Mac came back. Then just cross my fingers he didn't get hurt again.Comment

I don't like to do it either but take Mike Piazza it looks like soon enough he wil make the switch to first if he does not have a rating for first u would want to put some type of rating, or what if he is pretty good at first base u would want to change that rating to how he is doing in real life. That is the only way i would change a rating if a player moves to another positionComment
