Mine increased within the first month. I have an A rated head coach, and I increased the slider that affects the amount of influence the coaches have on players. -

When you go to coaches and then manager screen there are sliders on the right of the screen mine havent moved yet so im wondering when they might

oh boy...u have to move them yourself. in order to affect the sliders on the right, u have to play with the sliders on the left.Comment

I did adjust the ones on the left but you cant do anything with the ones on the right can you ? they move over time i thought ?Comment

u have to adjust them a lot to affect that..i mean u cant adjust it a few points u have to do at least 5 or 10 to see an affect on the right.Comment
