    WSB: Simulation Domination.

    wanna dominate when your simming?

so far.. these coach settings have worked for me.

on your manager settings.. move the one for coaches alll the way up too 100.. drop stealing, time off, and the rest to 0..

    pitching coach, selection=100

    batting coach, contact=100

    scout, foreign=100

the first coach you should always try and get is the A/A scout.. he will help you bring in prospects to trade or develop.. and they help mucho.. teams will trade stars for a couple A potential young players.. even if they are 50-60 range rated.

when building your team..look for cheap contact guys to leadoff and to score runs..
    ie, juan pierre..
1 is great.. 2 is better

for the heart of your lineup.. you dont need to go out and spend big bucks on huge homerun hitting studs.. (cuz homerun rating takes a huge impact on overall rating).. you can simply look for guys with good contact, and very good double rating..
ie, dimitri young, kielty, mohr, renteria..

with your pitching staff... it doesnt really matter who you pick. i suggest try and pick up a few guys rated in the 70's that will develop... more then likely your scout will find a few young pitchers that will do well.

ive been simming alot lately.. cuz ive been trying to see like how many homeruns i can get a player in a career .. or how many hits.. i once saw A-Rod with 938 Career Homeruns..

in one franchise.. pujols finished with a career .343 average, 550 homeruns 3200 hits.. and he retired at the age of 35.. and he only got 95% vote into the hall of fame!
Working...
