player appearance

I'm in franchise mode right now. I originally had Josh Beckett in AAA before calling him up to pitch. However, I noticed that during the game, he doesn't look the same (i.e. bald) and his pitching delivery was not the same either. I went to the player editor afterwards, but he looks normal. I have two other players (Ryan Braun and Mark Texeira) who just came off the DL and have similar problems (bald and different batting stances). Does anybody know what's going on?

I just noticed this, too, after I sent Theriot & Lo Duca (who I signed to replace an injured Soto) to AAA for a day since they were stuck on that ridiculous infinite 1-day injury glitch. I need to send Randy Wells down once he's off the 15-day DL, too, since I originally put him on there before I learned of the 1-day glitch, so I guess now I'll have 3 generic chemo patients on my roster now. :|

Weak, for all the patches that have been released for this game, it's mindboggling that a glitch like this still exists.

there is no way to solve the appearance problem but pray they grt back to they original ****
as for the 1 day glitch all u gotta do is sim 1 day ahead in ur schedule (ex. sim the next game u r schedule to play by jumpin over and clickin simulate to date on the game after ur schedule fixture)

This game keeps getting weirder. So early in my season I signed Frank Thomas, because I'm a fan of him and I wanted to use him as a pinch hitter to help me and pad his stats (if only he was closer to 3000 hits, heh). Anyways, I noticed he didn't have his real face or correct stance, so I was a little bummed, but I rolled on thinking since he was never signed this year that 2K didn't bother making a realistic-looking Big Hurt. Now, after what I said in my previous post, with Theriot and Lo Duca looking like generic dopes, I just now brought in Thomas to pinch hit and voila! Thomas has his real face and correct stance now. Bizarre.
