Has anyone ever hit a HR with a pitcher?If so,who was it?

I take every pitch with the pitcher until it's 2 strikes, so I probably will never have a good chance to hit a home run with one.

I play with the Tigers, so the oppurtunity doesn't exactly come along every game..

I do the same thing as Crusher to increase the CPU's pitch count and increase his fatigue - by taking two strikes every time I hit with the pitcher.

But - I hit a home run with Kip Wells and one with Josh Fogg.

I love how the pitcher is mostly an easy out in this game - and how frustrating it is when he drops in the rare single...

I do the same thing as Crusher to increase the CPU's pitch count and increase his fatigue - by taking two strikes every time I hit with the pitcher.

But - I hit a home run with Kip Wells and one with Josh Fogg.

I love how the pitcher is mostly an easy out in this game - and how frustrating it is when he drops in the rare single...

I'll only take pitches (with the pitcher batting) only until I see the first strike. That is unless the count gets run to 3-0, then I will take two strikes.

Anyway, the only pitcher I've hit 'em with was Rick Ankiel, and I've probably hit 4 or 5 with him.

But, I should make it be known that I did adjust his hitting ratings. They just weren't nearly accurate enough. I mean the guy is one of the top 3 (at least) hitters in the Cardinals orginazation and last year led the Johnson City Cardinals in wins, strikeouts, ERA and home runs hit. He hit like 15 or something.

And now that he has blown out his elbow, I wish they would look more into turning him into an outfielder. Stan Musial and Babe Ruth did it, so can Rick.
