Why can't we get any information OR pictures? This game is ireally only two months away from coming out and all we know is that Evan Longoria is the cover guy. This is just like usual. I thought this year because the 2ksports team realized that they are even losing their hardcore fanbase when it comes to MLB that they would make an effort to keep us informed early and often with blogs and what not (a la Madden 2010) but there's NO information. I really hope that these guys do us XBOX360 owners right this year. I rented but didn't buy 2K9 last year, I just kept playing my 2k8 franchise. I can't deal with not having a solid baseball game two years in a row and I don't really want a PS3 just for ONE game. Is there any word or info on something that actually affects gameplay?

There will be enough info in due time. We usually start seeing legit stuff in January. The other game just released a lot of stuff early, is all.
I don't think they're at risk of alienating anyone (hardcore or otherwise). If the game is good, I'm sure the "hardcore" base will be happy to play it regardless of how early info is released.Comment

i doubt we see anything before the new year in terms of screenshots, but they are coming sooner rather then later.
From what i been told we are going to have alot of information soon. You all know i get alot of info told to me, i am not BS'ing ya guys around. I even knew a few things about something else (mark it down when it comes out ya will know what i mean). lolComment

That'd be cool - I still have a hard time believing NBA2K10 isn't somehow importing new dialogue because it's done so well. It still feels pretty fresh three months post release (except for the player-specific commentary of course).
If they combine it with the player tendencies boost NBA2K10 got then it's a definite winner. Although depending on how/what tendencies are implemented it might be a little harder to discern in a baseball game versus a basketball game.HBO's "The Wire" should rank as one of the top 10 shows EVER on tv - period

lol, i dont know if MLB today is in or not, but 2 plus 2 on this one though. Its like why wouldnt they put it in? its one of their big titles. I just dont see why it wouldnt be in there. i am sure they learned alot from what they went through with NBA Today.
