    Text can be turned off

The text in 2K10 can be turned off courtesy of Ronnie on the 2k forums.

Just so you guys know, I have been informed that you can turn off the text in the options. And yeah, it's nothing over the top anyway.http://2ksports.com/forums/showthrea...=255857&page=4

nothing against you Jamin but I'll believe that when I see it with my own eyes (I am optimistic) but I take a lot of what Ronnie says lightly cause at this same time last year he said we could edit stances and windups and we all know how that turned out. I hope you are right though man.

Having options is always a good thing. Especially for eyesores on screen.

I'll definitely give 2K credit for one thing; they seem to ALWAYS give tons of options, allowing use to tweak the game to our liking. They may have struggled a bit lately, but this is one thing other companies, regardless of genre, would do well to take notes on.

Thank God! I figured this would be true because 2K is king of having tons of different settings options (I think they are almost obliged to this now for PC users), so this is a good sign.

Another small thing I wish they got rid of, which they're doing better at it now, is getting rid of the "Out" or "Safe" text that shows up on the score HUD. Now before it used to be right in the center of the screen but it's been put at the top, but it would be nice to turn it off altogether. I like awaiting to see the umpire's call or here what the announcers say, just as another part of the "suspense" or realism.

I hope they got rid of the ball cursor, or provide an option...it was sooooooo cartoony
