Heres is the complete bug list from 2K9 (those remaining after patch#2)
--------------------------------------------------------------
Franchise bugs
--There is NO fatigue recovery during off days. Off days are pointless. So is the all star break.
--When you bring players up from the minor leagues to the majors, or trade a player, their appearance changes to a generic one. (In my franchise David Ortiz is now a white guy because I sent him to the minors briefly) Their photo and appearance in edit mode still look like their old selves, but on the field in game they change to some generic looking guy.
--You are unable to enter contract talks AT ALL during the season, even with 1 YEAR left on a contract.
--Players get stuck being injured with 1 days left on their injury over and over.
--After one complete season in franchise mode CPU controlled teams reduce their roster to only 22 players. (it should ALWAYS be 25 players on an MLB roster) Further, if you auto adjust your roster it happens to your team as well.
--When you bring players up from the minor leagues their stats come with them. So they have their minor league stats listed as their major league stats, and the stats mix together.
--If you pitcher pitches less than one inning (IE 1/3 and inning or 2/3 an inning) his innings pitched stat records as 1 1/3 innings or 1 2/3 innings. So it always adds one inning onto what he actually pitched.
--CPU handling of CPU teams pitchers. (The Angels started Weaver with 46% stamina.) The CPU should be programmed to never allow un-rested players pitch. Say, anyone below 75%
Gameplay bugs
--If you make a defensive change mid game in any way, the player you put in cannot move if something is hit near him. He becomes highlighted with the blue circle if something is hit near him, but you cannot move him at all.
--The mound visit bug. You should get one mound visit per pitcher per inning. When you sub in a pitcher that uses up a mound visit. But once the new reliever is in, there is no more mound visit option. This is a simple fix.
--The 8ms delay on most HDTV's causes stealing to be difficult. While standard def TV users seem to have no trouble stealing. Last year you queued up your steal so the timing was on the system not the user. So now, when you see a pitcher start his wind up, you are seeing 8ms after it truly starts. This delay is enough to cause stealing to be nearly impossible even with the fastest runners. In previous titles you queued up a base steal, so it didn't matter.
The rest are mostly minor and or visual defects.
--For some reason when you sim a lot of saves go to players other than your closer, resulting in your closer only getting around 20 saves a season no matter how good he is.
--Your starter will get a win even if he doesn't pitch the required 5 innings. Ex: I had Gallardo pitch 4 1/3rd innings and he got credit for a win.
--You cannot edit lineups for games you sim during the season.
--There is no depth chart to position players to set up. Sim games just run your starters to 0% fatigue. Bench guys never end up playing.
--Why cant we edit stances and stuff? Why is there a limit on edits? Who cares? If I want to name every player Mickey Mouse I should be able to
--When guys come up to bat in game, its says they own hitting streaks they don't actually have. (For example it told me Varitek had a 7 game hitting streak, when he did not, and was batting .178)
--Injury's happen too frequently according to a lot of posters.
--Ticket prices cannot be managed.
--The 216 numbers come up instead of the year under a players stats when coming up to bat.
--Camera settings not being saved with Franchise (it is very annoying to have to go reset the camera every time I want to play a game)
--Saves not adding to closers if earned via the 3-inning save rule: Details - http://2ksports.com/forums/showthread.php?t=215109
--During the draft most rookies are under 5'11". Most are actually 5'6". The average height of rookies in the draft during franchise mode should be taller.

Does anyone know if these issues have been addressed?
